The Philippines was recently hit by Tropical Storm Ketsana (local name "Ondoy") that spawned floods in several areas of our country's capital. This lead to 300,000 Filipinos being displaced and over 300 dead. Manila experienced its heaviest rainfall in more than 40 years, and at one point, more than 80 percent of our capital was under water.

Hey! My name is Lorra and I started a group for artists to share their visions of hope, creation and rebuilding to benefit the survivors of Ondoy.

It's called START HERE and I was wondering if you wanted to submit something. We hope to have an exhibit/to sell off the artwork to raise the money to donate and use for various improvement projects and to develop calamity risk management programs in the country.
